Wonderful hotel with big rooms

The reception and receptionists were really nice. The room was huge (compare to other rooms in Tokyo hotels). The room even had a wardrobe, which isn’t common. In the lobby you can find a convenient store and also free bath salt. The metro station was really close. It’s not far from the city center and DisneyLand.

The flooring in the bathroom wasn’t really comfortable. It seemed to me it will collapse any minute. The flooring wasn’t concrete, but some prefabricates. But overall this hotel was lovely! I would choose it again.

Comfortable stay in Tokyo

The hotel is located next to a train station which can take you directly to central stations in Tokyo. Even though the train station is next we never had problems with noise. Very clean hotel and good breakfast buffet with lot of options also for western style breakfast. Additionally, super markets can be found near the hotel.

We liked the Lawson store, laundry and microwave area. Breakfast was great

Very Good

Very good family room with 4 independent beds, kids like the upper deck beds except the ladder is steep. Room is not spacy but enough for the 4 of us to move around with 4 luggages. Location is only 3 stations away from Tokyo Station, a bit far from major popular sites but good value for the money!

The design of the desk in the middle is not convenient, the wood plank at the side could be narrower so legs can be under the desk when sitting there

Excellent value in Tokyo

Very functional. Friendly. Clean. Price quality ratio (obviously aided by the yen drop in that week). Relatively quiet neighborhood, relatively large room, and still only 10 taxi minutes from Big Sight and 15-20 minutes from Ginza.

I thought their restaurant had a very limited dinner menu.

Highlight was the camp rooms with the kids. Far from city but close to amusement parks.

Modern facilities, with kind staff. At the lobby, you can serve yourself with complimentary products like toothbrush, shower towel, shampoo and bathtub spa soap. Location is very accessible with a train station right in front of the hotel and a lot of small restaurants and market nearby. It's a good location if you plan to focus your trip on the amusement parks. Room are bigger than average and beds/pillows were fantastic. The breakfast, when served on the mezzanine, is very good. The restaurant is spacious and food has good quality, taste and variety. On the other hand, things can get a bit hectic on those days when the breakfast is served on the ground floor - it gets crowded and food quantity and variety get limited. Tip for you travelling with kids - get the camp room in advance or try to upgrade for it at your check in. The room is fantastic and was a highlight during our stay.

Although the location has everything you need around it (including a train station) and is a short distance to the amusement parks, your train trip can get very long, tiring and confusing if you are planning to go to other parts of the city like Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc. In this case, you have to take different lines to connect and some of them are not covered by the JR pass (pay attention to that). Train staff as always helpful but those things can cost you time specially when you have small kids or a bigger group with you. Breakfast, as I mentioned, was very good - above average for me. I was disappointed only in one day when it was served in the front restaurant where the space is smaller. It get crowded and not enough structure to display all the food was displayed during the other days in the restaurant at the mezzanine.

The best hotel we stayed in Tokyo

The hotel is exceeded our expectation. The room was huge in comparison with other hotels, clean and quiet. The water bottles are free of charge every day and lots of complimentary suppliers in the lobby. The train station is located just in front of the hotel which is extremely convenient for reaching any destination. Plus the train line is covered by JR pass. There is a grocery supermarket on the other side of the road where you can buy last minute snacks or sweets which we did every night.

Very clean and very modern. Would definitely stay again. Super close to Disneyland, we used it as a stop gap between hotels.

Check in felt a little clinical and somewhat unwelcoming but the staff were very polite.
